Plain terms for using FieldGrid at sportsforceparks.biz, run by WeldonPC.

1. What it is. A scheduling and score-keeping tool. You decide the teams, fields and times; check the schedule against your venue's bookings and your event's rules before you publish it.
2. Independence. FieldGrid is not a sports park, league or facility and is not connected with any park, complex, league or business that uses the name Sports Force.
3. Your desk. A desk opens with a private link. Anyone holding the link can open and change the desk, so keep it private. We cannot recover a lost link (there is no account or email to send it to).
4. What you type. Use team names, not players' full names or anything about children beyond a team name. Do not put anything unlawful or abusive in a desk.
5. Prices. FieldGrid Plus is $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year; an Event Pass is $1.00 per tournament. During the preview every Plus feature is free and nothing is charged. When payments open they go through PayPal; cancel any time in PayPal and Plus runs to the end of the paid period. If something you paid for does not work, ask for a refund through PayPal's resolution centre or the WeldonPC contact page.
6. No guarantee. We work to keep FieldGrid running and correct, but it is provided as is. We are not responsible for a game played at the wrong time because a schedule was not checked.
7. Changes. If these terms change, the new version is posted here with its date.
